RESERVATION & CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

  • We accept client appointments strictly on prior reservations.
  • Your last minute cancellation means an empty slot for us. However, if you wish to cancel/reschedule an appointment kindly inform us at least 4 hrs. in advance.
  • If you are delayed, we will make an effort to accommodate you, but this provision cannot be made every time.
  • Our services are precisely time-bound and this ensures every guest we serve is able to extract the best of time and value.

Last minute changes in schedule will be honoured by an alternate schedule in the same day of your reservation. This again depends on the bookings that day. No cash re-imbursement will be done.
